I now have a solid understanding about what kind of food my body actually needs. After years of failed diets, I realize that misinformation had sabotaged my success at every turn.



How it Works

“Get Lean By Going Green“ incorporates the use of pre-made meal replacements that make it easy to stay committed to your new health plan. In fact, the meal replacements are so good, I still use them as needed when I travel for work, go on vacation, or face holiday events where a lot of tempting food is available. They are low calorie, nutritious, affordable, great tasting and most of all, convenient!

There are many tempting meal replacements available with enough variety to give everyone plenty of options. For example, imagine 110 calorie meal replacement bars that pack 11 grams of protein each! This plan also comes with a personal coach, doctor and nurse calls, and access to a full-time nutritionist.
